Tomasz Janowski is an entrepreneur, analyst, film and theater producer, publisher, and organizer of cultural and social events. He works at the intersection of culture, cities, public policy, citizenship, and the economy of values. He is the Chairman of the Council of the Institute of Civic Communities, a member of the Open Eyes Economy Summit Program Council, a program developer of the “City Idea” track and the OEES Prologue, and a member of the OEES Hub think tank. He also participates in expert work on the Krakow Development Strategy 2030/2050.

Among the most important projects co-created and organized by Tomasz Janowski are the Open Eyes Economy Summit in Krakow, which has held nine editions since 2015, the OEES Prologue: Krakow Day, which has been held since 2020, and the Urban Regeneration congress in Łódź. From 2015 to 2021, he also co-organized the Freedom Games in Łódź and the “Solidarity in Development” congress in Gdańsk.
