Monika Sady

Monika Sady holds a PhD in management sciences. She is an assistant professor in the Department of Public Management at the Krakow University of Economics. Since 2020, she has headed the Sustainable Development Team at the Cracow University of Economics (KUK). She is also the director of the International MBA program at the Krakow Business School.

She serves as the UEK representative for the United Nations Global Compact and the United Nations Principles for Responsible Management Education (PRME). She also serves on the board of the PRME Poland Chapter. She represents the UEK on the Diversity Charter. She is an expert on the horizontal criteria of the Foundation for Polish Science. She is a member of the Working Group on University Social Responsibility at the Ministry of Development Funds and Regional Policy, where she leads one of the research teams.

She participates in and manages international scientific and educational projects of the European Union in the areas of social entrepreneurship, ESG, MOOCs, and collaboration between startups and corporations. She is a member of numerous national and international initiatives promoting sustainable development, social responsibility, and climate education. Collaborates with the Stock Exchange and the Polish Bank Association.
