Michał Krupiński holds a postdoctoral degree in physics and is a professor at the Institute of Nuclear Physics of the Polish Academy of Sciences. He is Head of the Department of Magnetic Materials and Nanostructures and a science popularizer. In his professional work, he specializes in experimental solid-state physics and nanomaterial engineering. He is particularly interested in the structure, properties, and methods of fabricating modern magnetic materials for sensors, data storage, electronics, and spintronics. He is the author and co-author of dozens of scientific articles and several patents. In addition to his scientific work, he popularizes physics and supports the development of talented youth through the ZDOLNI Fund program. He is a winner of the FameLab competition and the “Popularyzator Nauki” distinction awarded by the Polish Press Agency and the Ministry of Science and Higher Education.
