Marzena Durkiewicz-Sirocka is an expert in the Department of National Grants and EU Funds at the National Centre for Research and Development, specializing in the management of EU-funded programs, with particular emphasis on the European Social Fund (ESF and ESF+). She has worked in public administration and institutions implementing EU funds for over 15 years, including 10 years with the National Centre for Research and Development.

She specializes in programming and coordinating the implementation of operational programs, with particular emphasis on higher education. She continually analyzes the changing needs of universities, the economy, and the labor market, allowing her to effectively shape program assumptions and competitions, supporting the effective use of EU funds by Polish universities and the development of their potential and educational offerings.
