He received his master’s degree in engineering from Warsaw University of Technology in 1999.
He began his career at Telekomunikacja Polska in 1997, working at the
Research and Development Center. He has been involved in research and technology development for more than 20 years.
He currently heads the Composable Cloud Services Department at Orange Innovation
Poland. In this role, he leads and oversees research and development work in cloud
computing, distributed systems using Artificial
Intelligence, Internet of Things (IoT), Video Analytics,
Augmented Reality and Digital Twin.
He leads a team developing solutions for sectors such as smart industry
(Smart Industry), smart cities (Smart City), smart buildings (Smart Buildings)
and the retail industry (Smart Retail). Its main goal is to create
technology components and prototypes based on visions and needs, and then
provide solutions ready for implementation. To disseminate and commercialize
new products, it works with Orange’s technical and business units,
supporting marketing and sales initiatives to promote digital technologies that
open up new opportunities for people and companies.
He is also developing cooperation with the scientific world through joint projects with universities
and participation in initiatives that strengthen relations between the business and scientific worlds.
He is passionate about social science fiction, sailing and sports shooting. One
of his major questions is how the transition from the information age to the
digital age will change people, society and the economy, and how our
conscious immersion into the digital realm should proceed.
