Assistant Professor at the Institute of Astronomy of the Nicolaus Copernicus University, author and co-author of over 80 papers and conference reports (including publications in Nature and Science), scientific reviewer for the European VLBI Network (EVN), member of the EVN Board of Directors, co-author of the white paper on the future of radio astronomy “VLBI20-30: a scientific roadmap for the next decade”, main scientific interests: source and origin of fast radio flashes (FRB), radio activity of stars, non-stationary phenomena in the radio sky (including SETI). In his spare time he is interested in sports (hockey and football) and international politics.
