The ensemble was founded in 2014 by Hungarian instrumentalist, instrument builder and musicologist Robert Mandel. It combines early music from various periods, starting from the Middle Ages, performed on period instruments (clavisimbalum, organistrum, viéle and fidel) with the sound of modular analog synthesizers.
