In the post-lecture discussion, the temporal and spatial limits of the universe, as well as the conceptual and mathematical limits of our understanding of the universe, will be guided by Prof. Durrer and Prof. Sebastian Szybka of the Astronomical Observatory of the Jagiellonian University. We will consider whether the explanation of today’s most important cosmic puzzles rather requires new observations or perhaps a completely new physics, replacing our standard cosmological model.
