Assistant Professor at the Institute of Information Studies, Jagiellonian University and a certified facilitator of Design Thinking processes. Her research interests include information and digital competence, the role of users in the effective design of information solutions, data storytelling and information visualization, and information transfer in social media. She is currently conducting research on the phenomenon of digital emigration. In problem solving, she most values a creative approach and an open mind.
