Thomas Plummer

Professor in the Department of Anthropology at Queens College, City University of New York, and a member of the graduate faculty at CUNY and the New York Consortium in Evolutionary Primatology. His research focuses on the behavior and ecology of late Pliocene and early Pleistocene hominins, with a particular focus on the adaptive significance of stone tools. He co-directs field research on the Homa Peninsula in Kenya.
