The data controller is the entity that determines the purposes and means of processing personal data and is responsible for ensuring its adequate protection.<\/span><\/p>\n

          protecting the legal interests of the Foundation in the event of potential legal disputes,<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n

          ensuring the proper functioning of certain website services, improving the functionality and attractiveness of the website, and compiling statistics in order to improve the Foundation\u2019s activities,<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n

          c) Compliance with legal obligations (Article 6(1)(c) of the GDPR) Processing is necessary for compliance with legal obligations imposed on the Foundation, in particular obligations arising from tax, insurance, accounting, or supervisory regulations applicable to our activities.<\/p>\n

                  In addition, personal data may be shared with IT service providers used by the Foundation and with the Foundation\u2019s accounting service providers.<\/span><\/p>\n

                  Yes. Where we use cloud service providers located outside the European Economic Area (e.g., in the United States), we ensure compliance with the GDPR by using providers certified under the EU\u2013US Data Privacy Framework or by relying on Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission. <\/span><\/p>\n

                  9. Right to Lodge a Complaint<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n

                  You have the right to lodge a complaint regarding the processing of your personal data with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (Prezes Urz\u0119du Ochrony Danych Osobowych).<\/p>\n
